1. All measuring procedures utilizing the apparatus shall be conducted only under the supervision of qualified instructors.

2. All persons volunteering to be test subjects must fill out and sign the required "TEST SUBJECT PROFILE QUESTIONNAIRE" and "DISCLAIMER FORM" prior to participation in the measuring procedures.

3. All functions of the apparatus are absolutely harmless to health. Side effects could be brought on only by harmful art or by the diseased imagination of the test subject.

4. We absolve ourselves of all responsibilities for any possible moral and/or psychological changes in the personality of the test subjects.
